Beckie Teetor
The President is the chief officer and spokesperson for the West Clermont Band Boosters and presides over all meetings of the executive committee and general membership. The president is responsible for ensuring committee tasks are completed in a timely, effective manner, with collaboration for seamless integration to achieve goals outlined for the program. Additionally, the President is the Chair of the Marching Band Competition Committee.
Beckie is a Senior Unemployment Account Executive and Tax Analyst at a Third-Party Administrator who has two children that like to keep her on her on her toes. Her son, Peyton Teetor, is a Junior at WCHS and is currently playing the baritone saxophone in both marching band and symphonic one band. Her daughter, Parker Teetor, is a seventh-grader at WCMS who plays volleyball and also plays the alto saxophone in the middle school band. You may see her volunteering throughout the MB seasons, especially with feed the band. Before joining the Executive Committee, Beckie was a member of the Big Brother’s Big Sister’s YP Board for 4 years and she has also been matched with her little sister through the agency for almost 6 years. Her biggest passion revolves around helping others, especially children in need.
Suellen Brafford
The Vice President learns the functions and processes of the Executive Committee as well as the duties of the President and acts for the President when he/she is unable to perform the duties of the office or assumes the office of the President if the office is vacated to serve the remainder of the elected term. The Vice President is an ex-officio member of all committees.
Sarah Lanham

The Director of Development is responsible for sponsorship and fundraising activities. Additionally, the Vice President of Development is the Chair of the Sponsorship Committee and Co-Chair of the Fundraising Committee.
Sarah and her husband David have two daughters. Kimberly is a ‘22 WCHS alumni and Jenna is a senior who has spent her last three years doing her passion, Color Guard and Winter Guard. Sarah has spent the last 5 years serving WCHS’s PTSO as the Treasurer. She has been seen helping in the concession stand, feeding the band and in the boo boo tents. She had a great time chaperoning last year on the trip to Washington DC. Sarah works full time as a Solution Engineer Sr. Manager at Experian credit bureau where she works with some of the largest banks and financial institutions to provide them data and decisioning for consumer lending. She also has volunteered for the past 14 years as the Preschool Sunday School Coordinator for Saint Veronica.
Anita Gilmore
The Treasurer is responsible for receiving and holding all funds of the general booster account for its safekeeping while maintaining accurate itemized accounting records. The Treasurer prepares written monthly financial reports for the Executive Committee and files necessary reports to meet the legal requirements of the Internal Revenue Service. The Treasurer is also responsible for ensuring expenses are paid in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, the Treasurer is the Chair of the Financial Hardship Committee and Chair of the Senior Scholarship Committee.
Anita is a Registered Nurse at a local hospital. Her and her husband have 5 kids between the ages of 4-17. Her two oldest are both in marching band this year playing baritone, Aster who is a senior, and Julia who is a freshman. She has been volunteering with the band for the last 4 years. You will see her a lot at the boo boo tent and feed the band. Anita is also an Army Veteran who spent 8 years as a military police officer.
Kelly Tooley

The Assistant Treasurer audits the work of the Treasurer and reports his/her findings to the Executive Committee at the following general membership meeting. The Assistant Treasurer also oversees the Charms database and serves as the Chair of the Senior Scholarship Committee.
Kelly's daughter, Cheyenne, is a senior in Color Guard. She also does Dance Ensemble. She attends Scarlet Oaks for Surgical Technology and plans to pursue a nursing career after high school.
Erin Smith
The Secretary is responsible for keeping the minutes of all executive and general membership meetings and publish the minutes on the band website each month. The Secretary oversees the database which contains relevant student, parent, administration, and vendor information for band purposes. The Secretary preserves ballots and records for one year from the date of each election. Additionally, the Secretary is the Chair of the Volunteer Committee and Co-Chair of the Band Camp & Feed the Band Committee.
Erin is a member of the Acquisition and Metadata Library Staff at the University of Cincinnati Libraries. She holds a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) and is a mother of three active children. Her daughter, Norah Smith, is a junior at WCHS and currently participates in both the WCMB Color Guard and Winter Guard. Another daughter, Caroline Smith, is a freshman at WCHS, plays the clarinet in the Symphonic 2 band, is part of the freshman cheerleading squad, and is on the WCHS competition hip hop team. Erin's youngest daughter is a fourth grader at Willowville Elementary School and is actively involved in Girl Scouts. Before joining the Executive Committee, Erin served as a Girl Scout leader since 2014 and has been a member of her Girl Scout Service Unit Executive Team since 2019. Additionally, she held various roles on the Willowville PTO Board from 2015 to 2020. Erin's greatest passion is working with students to empower discovery, stimulate learning, and inspire the creation of knowledge.
Beth Miller
The Public Relations Officer oversees all forms of media, that relate to any public information for the band program. This includes, but is not limited to, email, social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and website content. The Public Relations Officer also maintain relationships with Band Directors, WCHS administration and public media entities. Additionally, the Public Relations Officer is the Chair for the Nomination Committee and Chair of the New Member Development Committee.
Beth is a freelance medical writer, working on clinical study documents for the pharmaceutical industry. She and her husband Jeff have two daughters. Maya is a senior sousaphone player who participates in marching and pep band and plays the tuba in Symphonic 1. Eliza is a freshman in the color guard and plays trumpet in Symphonic 1.
Tonia Hinkle

The Concessions Manager works directly with vendors to supply food for the concession stand during football season as well as maintain cleanliness and equipment during the year. The Concessions Manager also works with the Secretary to create a schedule of concessions volunteers. Additionally, the Concessions Manager is the Chair of the Band Camp & Feed the Band Committee.
Tonia Hinkle and her husband Patrick have one amazing daughter, Lily, a junior mellophone player and Alpha vocalist. Tonia works part time for the Library. She has served on the PTSO 3 years from middle school to current. Tonia has volunteered with the WCHS Vocal Department boosters and Marching Band for the last 2 years. She teaches preschoolers at the Tree of Life Church Cincinnati and volunteers/fosters cats for Sweet Dream House Rescue. Tonia is excited to feed the awesome WCHS Marching Band & Directors and serve the hungry football fans in the fun and fast paced concession stand this year.
Kate Jones
The Event Coordinator reserves facilities as needed for booster-organized activities. Additionally, the Event Coordinator is the Chair of the Special Events Committee, Chair of the Spirit Committee, Chair of the Alumni Committee and Co-Chair of the Marching Band Competition Committee.
Kate is married to David and they have a son and a daughter in both band and marching band. Seth plays the clarinet and is a junior in symphonic 1 and Cora plays french horn and is a freshman in symphonic 1. Kate works full time as a Research Analyst at the University of Cincinnati and also helps non-profit organizations with program evaluation needs. In her spare time, she loves to garden and try to be artistic.
Nikki Vandeberg
The Uniform Manager is responsible for maintenance, fittings, issuance, cleaning and returns of all uniforms, accessories, and uniform equipment. The Uniform Manager is also responsible for maintenance of the uniform storage facility. The Uniform Manager is responsible for ordering of all spirit wear. Additionally, the Uniform Manager is the Chair of the Uniform Committee.
Nikki Vandeberg’s daughter Bella Bickel is a junior percussionist. This is Bella’s third year in the marching band, and Nikki’s first time being involved with the EC. Looking forward to being in charge of the uniforms and keeping our kids looking sharp!
Bill Roberts
The Logistics & Props Manager is the Chair of the Pit Crew & Props Committee and Trailer Crew Committee.
Bill and Denise Roberts' son is Ryan Roberts. He is a junior, in his third year of Marching Band, and plays the sousophone, as did his father in High School. Bill works at Olberding Brand Family as a Platemaker, and has been in the printing Industry for over 30 years. Bill also served in the Navy and is a proud Veteran.

General membership meetings are held monthly (typically the 2nd Monday of the month) in WCHS Community Room B at 7pm.
Meetings are open to anyone with a 6-12 grade band student.
The next meeting is July 7, 2025 at 7pm at RJ Cinema on the patio.
