Beckie Teetor
The President is the chief officer and spokesperson for the West Clermont Band Boosters and presides over all meetings of the executive committee and general membership. The president is responsible for ensuring committee tasks are completed in a timely, effective manner, with collaboration for seamless integration to achieve goals outlined for the program. Additionally, the President is the Chair of the Marching Band Competition Committee.
Beckie is a Senior Unemployment Account Executive and Tax Analyst at a Third-Party Administrator who has two children that like to keep her on her on her toes. Her son, Peyton Teetor, is a Senior at WCHS and is currently playing the baritone saxophone in both marching band and Symphonic 1 band. Her daughter, Parker Teetor, is an 8th-grader at WCMS who plays volleyball and also plays the alto saxophone in the middle school band. You may see her volunteering throughout the marching band season, especially with feed the band. Before joining the Executive Committee, Beckie was a member of the Big Brother’s Big Sister’s YP Board for 4 years and she has also been matched with her little sister through the agency for almost 7 years. Her biggest passion revolves around helping others, especially children in need.
Amber Pleiman
The Vice President learns the functions and processes of the Executive Committee as well as the duties of the President and acts for the President when he/she is unable to perform the duties of the office or assumes the office of the President if the office is vacated to serve the remainder of the elected term. The Vice President is an ex-officio member of all committees.
Amber Pleiman and her husband Mike have 1 son, Jacob, a freshman baritone player in the WCHS Marching and Symphonic 2 bands. Amber has served as PTSO President at West Clermont Middle School for 2 years and PTO President at Willowville Elementary for 3 years. When she is not volunteering, Amber enjoys reading, traveling, and baking, with a small custom sugar cookie business on the side.
Melissa Hess

The Director of Development is responsible for sponsorship and fundraising activities. Additionally, the Vice President of Development is the Chair of the Sponsorship Committee and Co-Chair of the Fundraising Committee.
Melissa is an education professor at Northern Kentucky University. She has 2 children in the West Clermont Band program: Oliver is an eighth grader in the Symphonic Band and plays percussion, and Charlotte is a sophomore in Symphonic 1 and plays trumpet. She previously held several roles on the WT Elementary PTO Board, including serving as PTO president for several years while her children were in elementary school. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and kayaking.
Anita Gilmore
The Treasurer is responsible for receiving and holding all funds of the general booster account for its safekeeping while maintaining accurate itemized accounting records. The Treasurer prepares written monthly financial reports for the Executive Committee and files necessary reports to meet the legal requirements of the Internal Revenue Service. The Treasurer is also responsible for ensuring expenses are paid in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, the Treasurer is the Chair of the Financial Hardship Committee and Chair of the Senior Scholarship Committee.
Anita is a Registered Nurse at a local hospital. Her and her husband have 5 kids between the ages of 5-18. Her daughter, Julia, is a sophomore and plays baritone. Her daughter Aster is a 2026 graduate and played baritone for 4 years in the marching band. Anita has been volunteering with the band for the last 5 years. You will see her a lot at the Boo Boo tent and Feed the Band. Anita is also an Army Veteran who spent 8 years as a military police officer.
Angela Haulk

The Assistant Treasurer audits the work of the Treasurer and reports his/her findings to the Executive Committee at the following general membership meeting. The Assistant Treasurer also oversees the Charms database and serves as the Chair of the Senior Scholarship Committee.
Angela works in healthcare administration at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and brings a strong background in organization, communication, and behind-the-scenes coordination. Angela and her husband, Jai, have 2 children, Isaiah and Lucy. Isaiah is a sophomore at WCHS and participates in both marching band, where he plays baritone, and concert band, where he plays trombone. Angela has also been actively involved in youth athletics and church youth ministry, where she supported operations, communication, and event coordination. She is looking forward to supporting the band program and helping things run smoothly for students, families, and directors throughout the season.
Melissa Bailey
The Secretary is responsible for keeping the minutes of all executive and general membership meetings and publish the minutes on the band website each month. The Secretary oversees the database which contains relevant student, parent, administration, and vendor information for band purposes. The Secretary preserves ballots and records for one year from the date of each election. Additionally, the Secretary is the Chair of the Volunteer Committee and Co-Chair of the Band Camp & Feed the Band Committee.
Melissa works in the dental field at a private practice. She has been married to her husband Josh for 17 years. Melissa and Josh have 2 fantastic kids, Chloe and Carson. Chloe will be a junior this upcoming school year and is in Color Guard, Winter Guard, Advanced Concert Choir, and Vocal Jazz. She is also a member of National Honor Society, Lighthouse, and Link Crew. Carson will be a freshman this upcoming school year and plays soccer for Cincinnati United, will be trying out for the high school soccer team, sings in choir, runs track and field, and enjoys playing video games. Melissa was on the West Clermont Soccer Club Board for 2 years as well as coached for 3 years. Melissa now is the Team Administrator for Carson’s Cincinnati United soccer team where she schedules all games, organizes travel, pays for tournaments and referees. She cannot wait to watch what this band season has in store!
Beth Miller
The Public Relations Officer oversees all forms of media, that relate to any public information for the band program. This includes, but is not limited to, email, social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and website content. The Public Relations Officer also maintain relationships with Band Directors, WCHS administration and public media entities. Additionally, the Public Relations Officer is the Chair for the Nomination Committee and Chair of the New Member Development Committee.
Beth is a freelance medical writer, working on clinical study documents for the pharmaceutical industry. She and her husband Jeff have 2 daughters. Eliza is a sophomore in the color guard and plays trumpet in Symphonic 1. Maya is a 2026 graduate who played sousaphone in the marching band for 4 years.
Eric Daniels

The Concessions Manager works directly with vendors to supply food for the concession stand during football season as well as maintain cleanliness and equipment during the year. The Concessions Manager also works with the Secretary to create a schedule of concessions volunteers. Additionally, the Concessions Manager is the Chair of the Band Camp & Feed the Band Committee.
Eric is a Controls Engineering Support Manager in the Material Handling Industry with 30+ years of experience in customer service. His wife Stephanie has a career in Higher Education with 20+ years of experience. Stephanie served as Treasurer of Clough Pike PTO for 4 years and both Eric and her have volunteered for many events there. They have 2 children in the West Clermont School District. Adam who is an incoming freshman will be in Symphonic 2 and Marching Band. Adam has played clarinet all 3 years of middle school with a short stent on the bass clarinet. You may also know him as "Weselton" from the middle school production of Frozen JR in spring of 2026. Their daughter is currently in elementary school and has yet to decide if she will participate in band or color guard. For now, she stays busy with dance and gymnastics. We are excited to be a part of this organization, to help raise funds for the band, and to feed the hungry fans and band members!

The Assistant Concessions Manager works directly with the Concessions Manager and vendors to supply food for Feed the Band.
Kate Jones
The Event Coordinator reserves facilities as needed for booster-organized activities. Additionally, the Event Coordinator is the Chair of the Special Events Committee, Chair of the Spirit Committee, Chair of the Alumni Committee and Co-Chair of the Marching Band Competition Committee.
Kate is married to David and they have a son and a daughter in both band and marching band. Seth plays the clarinet and is a senior in Symphonic 1 and Cora plays french horn and is a sophomore in Symphonic 1. Kate works full time as a Research Analyst at the University of Cincinnati and also helps non-profit organizations with program evaluation needs. In her spare time, she loves to garden and try to be artistic.
Mary Murphy
The Uniform Manager is responsible for maintenance, fittings, issuance, cleaning and returns of all uniforms, accessories, and uniform equipment. The Uniform Manager is also responsible for maintenance of the uniform storage facility. The Uniform Manager is responsible for ordering of all spirit wear. Additionally, the Uniform Manager is the Chair of the Uniform Committee.
Mary started out in the military and spent 4 years as a technician. After that she became a flight attendant and flew for 21 years, retired, then went to work at Lowe's for 4 years until May of 2025. Last summer she began volunteering with the band. Her grandson Dax is in the band. She loves volunteering with these kids and they are amazing.
Elena Virkovska
The Assistant Uniform Manager assists the Uniform Manager in maintenance, fittings, issuance, cleaning and returns of all uniforms, accessories, and uniform equipment.
Bill Roberts
The Logistics & Props Manager is the Chair of the Pit Crew & Props Committee and Trailer Crew Committee.
Bill and Denise Roberts' son is Ryan Roberts. He is a senior, in his fourth year of Marching Band, and plays the sousophone, as did his father in High School. Bill works at Olberding Brand Family as a Platemaker, and has been in the printing Industry for over 30 years. Bill also served in the Navy and is a proud Veteran.

General membership meetings are held monthly (typically the 2nd Monday of the month) in WCHS Community Room B at 7pm.
Meetings are open to anyone with a 6-12 grade band student.
The next meeting is July 13, 2026 at 7pm at the High School
