As a large organization serving students in grades 6–12 and encompassing over 575 participants, we rely on the support of our entire community.
Your generous donation directly supports students as they participate in competitions and community events, including area parades. The West Clermont Band Program has a strong tradition of excellence and performance. In November 2025, the marching band had the opportunity to perform in the Walt Disney World parade, and in Spring 2024, they represented the program in the Annual Cherry Blossom Parade in Washington, D.C. Each year, students participate in a variety of competitive ensembles, including marching band and jazz.
The program has achieved notable success in recent years. In March 2026, the Winter Guard earned 1st place in the MEPA circuit, competing in the Scholastic Regional A division against 24 schools. During the 2022–2023 school year, the marching band was named Grand Champion at the Mason Invitational and competed in its first Bands of America competition. Additionally, the winter percussion ensemble earned a silver medal at the 2025 WGI World Championships.
The West Clermont Marching Band includes 180 students in grades 9–12, representing marchers, color guard, and front ensemble. Our program depends on the continued support of our entire community, and we respectfully invite you to consider contributing to the West Clermont Bands program.
There are several meaningful ways to give, including monetary donations, contributions of goods or services from your business to be raffled at our largest annual fundraiser—Music and Meatballs held each February—or food donations to help provide meals for our students throughout the season.
Your support is more important than ever. As our program continues to grow, so do the resources required to sustain it.
Your generosity directly supports our students through more than 52,000 cumulative hours of practice, 2,520 band-provided meals, 360 uniform dry cleanings, and 384 round-trip miles traveled to competitions.
These accomplishments—and the opportunities they represent—are made possible through the continued support of our local community. We respectfully request your thoughtful consideration in supporting our organization through a monetary, product, or food donation.
